Scissor Extender

The DC Horizontal Extender is a scissor-type mechanism that launches a light weight prop (up to 25lbs) over 4 feet towards your viewers.

Mechanism features welded steel uprights with base supports, specially designed steel cylinder guides with bracing to remove all unnecessary strain from the cylinder on top of hardened bolts and bearings to make both the extension and retraction extremely smooth and precise.

We do recommend adding Lucas Red N Tacky grease to all pivot points and the slides to limit rubbing and increase the performance and longevity of this animation (we'd grease it prior to ship, but it can get messy).
