Airline from the DC installed valve:
- DC always ships our props/mechanisms/startle effects with a male 1/4" NPT threaded quick disconnect fittingTo connect this to your air compressors quick disconnect (female) coupler, please purchase and install a nipple fitting with female 1/4" thread that matches your quick disconnect. Here is a reference photo, but please ensure the coupler you purchase fits your existing coupler.
Cylinders - Generally DC uses 1/8" NPT elbow fittings with 1/4" airline.
For larger cylinders (over 1.5" bore) the fittings will be 1/4" NPT and either the same 1/4" tube or possibly 3/8" tubing for large or complex animations.
On Ankle Ticklers, Large Air Cannons, Under Water Air Cannons - those will vary between 1/4-1/2" NPT and 3/8-1/2" polyurethane tubing.

Measuring Thread Sizes
DO not assume the measurement matches the proper thread - pipe thread size does not refer to the inside or the outside diameters fitting/port. It refers to an industry designation (NPT - National Pipe Thread), not the actual size.
